Our firm is proud to announce that founding partner, Steve Dioneda, has been recognized by The Missouri Bar CLE for his contributions to continuing legal education in the St. Louis area. For those who are not aware, attorneys are required to satisfy a minimum of 15 credits of continuing legal education courses per year. This means attorneys must continually learn about new issues of the law, ethical guidelines and practice procedures.
Steve has presented a course annually through MoBar CLE assisting attorneys with instruction on how to effectively practice law in Missouri. In addition to guiding attorneys on how to prepare their evidence for trial, Steve gives insight on how to productively handle cases in all areas of practice.
Steve’s most recent presentation Evidence: Everything Matters guided local lawyers on how to gather and submit evidence for trial. This education comes from the over 25 years of practice under his belt. Although now focusing his practice on matters such as: car crashes, slip and falls, dog bites, medical malpractice and head and spinal cord and head injuries, Mr. Dioneda previously worked as a public defender and defense attorney representing people accused of criminal and traffic matters.
Mr. Dioneda earned his law degree at St. Louis University and was born and raised in Granite City, Illinois. He is now an active resident of Webster Groves, previously serving on Webster Groves School Board of Education and District Finance Committee. Steve has been a role model for youths in the area serving as a coach for youth hockey, soccer and lacrosse teams, as well as taking on an active role in the Boy Scouts of America Edgar Road School Pack 134.
